Zero pad page numbers when using page splitter

I’m using the Layer and Page splitter function, but would like to control how the files are written. Is it possible to zero pad (to four places) the extract page number?

It currently appends “page 1”, “page 2”, etc.

I found Write Filenames: Filenumber with leading Zero(s) but I want to effect the extracted page number (page 0001, page 0002)

There isn’t any way to do this, but there should be and I’ll add it to the list.
