GUI colours and text request

Hi

Just wondering if it would ever be possible to have a brighter / more contrasting background colour to show the active layer in the sidebar. Also, would it be possible to have larger, whiter text in the GUI for layer names, tool options, all over in fact. They are white and bright in th Acorn Menu bar drop downs but small and grey in many places in the GUI. VERY hard to read with my old eyes.

I would be happy to have these as an option as many may prefer things as they are, and I am no programmer to know how difficult it would be to do, but hoping!

Text too small and grey on iMac…This grab is bigger than in real life for some reason

I’ll see what I can do in a future release.

Have you tried setting the Appearance to “Light” in the Settings… window? I wonder if that would be something to try till I can make things better for the dark mode.
