It may be available but can’t see it in the documentation. It would seem possible that you could take JPEG or any other files and quickly add tags or comments. Your Get Info on a file command would show those tags and comments.

I’ll see what I can do about adding this a future release.
As a workaround you could use Automator for this task with RB 1.1.
