Is there an easy way to do this without replacing the node? I’ve tried control-, shift-, command-, and option-clicking the folder name, but none of those lets me change it.
(I’m OK with it if there isn’t, just checking.)
There’s two ways to do what you’re after.
The first is to click on the folder name in the Write node properties. That’ll show a drop down with the option to change the folder.
The second is to drag and drop a folder onto the write node from the Finder.
