Creating High Contrast Images

Hi! I’m a game master for table top role playing games and I have a player with low site. I’m trying to edit image files of color maps to end up with a line drawing using high contrast colors such as yellow on black. I’ve been experimenting with exposure, contrast, color inversion, and get pretty good results, but I can’t figure out an easy way to change the colors palate from white on black to yellow on black. Any help would be appreciated as I’m not a trained artist. Thanks

Have you tried the “False Colors” filter yet? Depending on your origin image, that might get to you what you want.

If not, it’d be helpful if I could see before and after pics of what you’re trying to do.

thanks,

I ended up using Grayscale, Color Invert, 1Bit, and then Replace Color.

The player was very happy with the result.

I just tried False Colors. I like how it leaves the shading in as it gives more depth to the image, but I’ll have to check with my player.
