Hello.
I want to copy the file names of the files being processed into the “Title” field that is available in the “Set General Metadata” node. Is this possible?

What you’re wanting to do isn’t possible with the General Metadata node, but you can do it with the “Set Specific Metadata” node by adding the IPTC “Title” field, and using the “File Name” in there. Here’s a screenshot of it:
