Request: Color selection for Trim To Edges

Hello again! My other thread was a bug report, so I conveniently didn’t request the thing that would have helped me avoid the bug altogether until it was fixed. :smiley:

What I really want is the ability to use solid colors instead of always transparency in Trim To Edges nodes. Photoshop (et al) lets you trim edges based on a corner color or transparency at your choosing.

I know that InstantAlpha > Trim To Edges > Matte is a more flexible version of this request, but it’s three times the number of nodes and the nodes are pretty large :slight_smile:

Good news- we’ve updated the Trim to Edges node so you can select a color, as well as whatever the edge color is. It’s still in beta, but you can download a version of Retrobatch with this from the latest builds page: Latest Builds from Flying Meat
